Avery in Teamwork Is An Individual Skill, this workshop explains why teamwork is about you, the individual, taking ownership for the team’s responsibilities and your relationships with others on the team. Participants will use a variety of tools to explore how their own personalities and emotional intelligence contribute to the success of a team.
